Ryan Hackey is our owner and fearless leader. In addition to his wit and charm. He brings almost 20 years of experience to our company.  

 

Hackey Painting Co. was founded in 2009 with a mission to provide luxury painting services to the Twin Cities area that consistently exceeds client’s expectations and transform visions into reality. 

 

Ryan graduated from Brown College with a certificate in broadcasting, and in his free time, he is working toward an associate’s degree in Construction Management. After working 2-1/2 years in radio as a morning show and afternoon talk show host in East Grand Forks, MN, Ryan moved to the Twin Cities where he met his wife and began working for a high-end, residential painting company while he searched for radio jobs. He soon realized he had discovered a new passion in painting, and continued to paint until he took over ownership, and Hackey Painting Co. was born.

 

Since then, Ryan has strived to take Hackey Painting Co. to the next level. He has hired a diverse team of dedicated, skilled painters whose attention to detail is second to none. He strongly believes in taking the time to teach and train our team members and foster a positive work environment that encourages continuous growth and development. 

 

Ryan and his family have resided in St. Louis Park since 2004. When they’re not cheering on their beloved Minnesota sports teams, they enjoy the outdoors as much as possible and traveling together as a family.
